Complex Needs Educator

We are seeking an experienced Complex Needs Educator to join our team at Prospero Teaching. This role requires working with students with autism and complex learning difficulties in Oldham, providing individualized support and accommodations to ensure they reach their full potential.


Key Tasks:
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Provide individualized support to students with complex needs, addressing their unique requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, communicating effectively with teachers and families.

Requirements:
  • A minimum "C" grade in English and Maths at GCSE is mandatory.
  • Previous experience working with students with autism and complex learning difficulties is essential.
  • DBS clearance or a willingness to apply for a new one at own expense is required.
  • Two professional references covering the last two years are necessary.

Estimated Daily Rate:

£90+ per day.
