We are currently seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our team at Smile Education. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an SEN school in Oldham, Greater Manchester, where you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering tailored learning experiences to students with special educational needs.

As an SEN Teacher, you will have a specialisation in SEN education and a proven track record of implementing innovative teaching methods and resources to foster engagement and enjoyment in learning. You will also be responsible for monitoring and assessing student progress, while maintaining effective communication with parents and caregivers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of SEN students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive support and education.
  • Engage with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless collaboration and student success.

Requirements:

  • QTS or equivalent, with a specialisation in SEN education.
  • Proven experience working in an SEN school or with SEN students.
  • A positive and flexible approach, with a passion for delivering high-quality support and education.
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
