Special Needs Support Opportunity:
Taught Personnel invites applications from dedicated and compassionate individuals to fill the position of Special Needs Support Professional. This is a unique chance to make a real difference in the lives of pupils with Autism in primary schools across Tameside and Oldham.

About the Position:
As a Special Needs Support Professional, you will work closely with teachers, other support staff, and pupils to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing one-to-one support to pupils with Autism, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs.
  • Assisting with classroom management, using strategies to minimize disruptions and promote a positive learning environment.

Benefits and Requirements:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of £12.76, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting pupils with Autism. To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the necessary qualifications and training.
