Personal Care Specialist

We are seeking a Personal Care Specialist to join our team at Active Care Group, one of the leading providers of complex care. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will support clients with spinal cord injury to live independently in their own homes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and support, with a focus on promoting independence and dignity. You will be responsible for providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting, as well as supporting clients with daily living tasks and social activities.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that meet each client's unique needs and goals. You will also participate in ongoing training and development to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge required to provide high-quality care.
