About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated NICU Clinical Lead to join our esteemed team at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned nurse to lead our NICU team, developing and implementing strategies to enhance patient care and outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care within the NICU team, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to identify areas for improvement and develop evidence-based solutions.
* Foster a culture of excellence within the unit, promoting ongoing education and training for staff.

**Requirements:**
* Master's degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven track record of leadership and innovation in NICU settings, with a focus on improving patient outcomes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

**Estimated Salary:** £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on experience.
