Neonatal Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neonatal Sister/Charge Nurse to lead our dynamic team at Pulse Nursing Perms in Birmingham. As a Band 6 nurse, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing care to neonates, including those who are premature or critically ill.
In this leadership role, you will support and mentor junior staff, ensuring the best outcomes for all neonatal patients and their families. You will provide expert clinical care to neonates, including advanced assessments and interventions, and collaborate with doctors, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
The salary for this position is £37,338 - £44,962 per annum, depending on experience. The location is Midland Metropolitan University Hospital, a cutting-edge healthcare facility dedicated to providing exceptional care.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in neonatal nursing, a QIS course, and supervisor/assessor course. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and management abilities, and a commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
