Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team at the Neonatal Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of our organisation's vision.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic chance to develop your skills and experience in neonatal care, with further support and training progressing to care of high dependency/intensive care babies. You will be responsible for assessing the care needs of neonatal patients and developing, implementing, and evaluating programmes of care with supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for babies and their families, ensuring excellence in practice
- Communicate effectively with babies and their families/carers to ensure information needs are met
- Babies and their parents/carers must be given information about their babies' care and treatment to facilitate parental involvement in decision making
- Perform additional clinical roles relevant to the specialty and participate in the training, supervision, and assessment of others learning these roles
