Job Requirements
  • Assist the Village Nurse Manager in each location to provide support to nursing and support teams.
  • Be accountable for customers requiring 24-hour nursing care while maintaining a duty of care for all residents in the village.
  • Provide nursing support which meets Belong standards, regulatory requirements, the 'Compassion in Practice' 6C's and adheres to the NMC Code of Conduct and guidance within the NMC 'Scope of Professional Practice.'

We offer an estimated annual salary of approximately £46,080.00 based on a 40-hour working week and 52 weeks per year. This figure may vary depending on your experience and qualifications.
