A unique opportunity exists for a Care Home Cook to join our team at Akari Care, where you will be responsible for preparing healthy, nutritious meals for our residents. Your enthusiasm for cooking and caring for others will shine through in the way you present food and engage with our residents.

In return for your efforts, you will receive a salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including a pension contribution of 5% and uniform provided. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training and development, receive support with personal development plans, and enjoy flexible working patterns.

Please note that all applicants must meet the essential requirements outlined below, which include holding a City & Guilds 706 – 1&2 qualification or equivalent, possessing basic food hygiene certification, and having relevant supervisory or line management experience.
