Care Support Specialist

Supporting Clients with Complex Health Needs
We are Active Care Group, one of the leading providers of complex care. Within our Care in the Home division, we support adults with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury and complex health needs to live in their own homes.
This role is to support our client in their own home, which will involve assisting with personal care, medication management, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment. No previous experience is required as full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.
Job Highlights:
- $18-20 per hour
- Full specialist training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support from the Care Manager
