We are looking for a Lead Kindness Coordinator to join our dedicated care home teams across the country.

This role will involve taking responsibility for delivering the very best level of care and ensuring that every Resident receives personalized support and attention.

You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number, committed to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC. Your commitment to kindness, dignity, and wellbeing in care delivery is paramount in this position.

As a key member of our team, you will advocate and deliver person-centred care approaches for Residents and their families. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and it is essential that you can recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise.
