Lead Ecommerce Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Lead Ecommerce Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-impact e-commerce solutions, driving business growth, and improving customer experience.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyse complex data and drive business decisions
  • Experience with CRM, SEO, PPC, affiliate, and social media marketing

As a key member of our digital team, you will work closely with the CCO and other departments to develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy. You will be responsible for driving online traffic acquisition, managing website usability and design, and analysing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy, working closely with the CCO and other departments
  • Drive online traffic acquisition through CRM, SEO, PPC, affiliate, and social media channels
  • Manage and improve website usability, design, content, and conversion rates
  • Analyse and report on performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement

Salary Information

The salary for this role is estimated at £80,000 per annum, with additional benefits and bonuses available.
