The ideal candidate will craft impactful marketing strategies to elevate Skywire's brand visibility and positioning. They will leverage all digital marketing channels to generate inbound leads and nurture them through the sales funnel. By monitoring and researching target industries, competitors, and market developments, they will understand client needs and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales and marketing. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with strong attention to detail, critical thinking abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategies
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing plans to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Craft compelling marketing collateral, including website content, email campaigns, social media, blog posts, and case studies.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze key sales and marketing metrics, such as lead generation and conversion rates, to evaluate strategy effectiveness.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine tactics and identify new opportunities for improvement.
Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media.
  • Lead sales meetings and presentations to showcase capabilities and convert prospects into customers.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
