Princes Trust Senior Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Team Leader to join our team at New College Swindon. As a Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the Prince's Trust team and Achieve Programmes, ensuring planning, administration, and delivery are completed to the highest standard.

About the Role

The Prince's Trust programmes are development programmes for young people aged 16-25. As a Senior Team Leader, you will work with the Prince's Trust team to utilise required resources to ensure an excellent learner experience that meets budget and operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with referral partners and College departments to identify suitable candidates
  • Inspire young people to take control of their lives by leading them through the Programmes
  • Create engaging materials and activities to challenge and develop participants
  • Monitor and report on participant progress and outcomes, ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Follow and promote college Safeguarding and Health and safety policy
  • Manage day-to-day programme operations, ensuring KPIs are achieved
  • Champion the work you do, and the work of the College, ensuring programme integration with College services
