We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Team Leader to join our team at New College Swindon. As a Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the Prince's Trust team and Achieve Programmes, ensuring planning, administration, and delivery are completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with referral partners and College departments to identify suitable candidates for the Prince's Trust programmes.
- Lead and inspire young people aged 16-25 through the programmes, helping them to take control of their lives and achieve their goals.
- Develop and deliver engaging materials and activities to challenge and develop participants, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
- Monitor and report on participant progress and outcomes, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with College policies.
- Manage day-to-day programme operations, ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved and programme integration with College services is maintained.
- Champion the work of the College, promoting the programmes and services to stakeholders and the wider community.
- You have a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Experience in working with young people, ideally in a teaching or youth work capacity, and a proven track record of leading a team.
- You are aware of the challenges facing young people in Swindon and have a deep understanding of the importance of inclusive and non-judgmental approaches to helping them.
- You are able to juggle delivery and paperwork, with methods for keeping on top of your workload and maintaining mental resilience.
- You think outside the box and are looking forward to bringing your own flair to the role, contributing to the development of the Prince's Trust programmes and services.
