About the Role:

The Prince's Trust programmes are development programmes for young people aged 16-25. As a Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with referral partners and College departments to identify suitable candidates
  • Leading young people through the Programmes and inspiring them to take control of their lives
  • Creating engaging materials and activities to challenge and develop participants
  • Monitoring and reporting on participant progress and outcomes, ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Following and promoting college Safeguarding and Health and safety policy
  • Managing day-to-day programme operations, ensuring KPIs are achieved
  • Championing the work you do, and the work of the College, ensuring programme integration with College services

About You:

We are looking for someone with a passion for making a difference, who has experience in working with young people and leading a team. You should be aware of the challenges facing young people in Swindon and have an inclusive, non-judgemental, and inspirational approach to helping them. You should also be familiar with the demands of juggling delivery and paperwork and have methods for keeping on top of your workload.
