Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  1. You have a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.
  2. Experienced in working with young people and may have been a teacher or youth worker.
  3. You have experience in leading a team and managing day-to-day operations.
  4. You are aware of the challenges facing young people in Swindon and have a non-judgmental and inspirational approach to helping them.
  5. Familiar with the demands of juggling delivery and paperwork and have methods for keeping on top of your workload.
  6. Demonstrate mental resilience, but capable of asking for help when struggling.
  7. Think outside the box and are looking forward to bringing your own flair to the role.
