We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Development Leader to join our team at New College Swindon. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff and volunteers to deliver our programmes
  • Develop and implement effective programme plans and strategies
  • Ensure that all programme activities are delivered to a high standard and meet the needs of our young people
  • Monitor and evaluate programme performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a similar role or in a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective programme plans and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
