The Prince's Trust programmes are designed to support young people in developing their skills, confidence, and employability. As a Senior Team Leader, you will work closely with referral partners and College departments to identify suitable candidates, inspire young people to take control of their lives, and create engaging materials and activities to challenge and develop participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with referral partners and College departments to identify suitable candidates
  • Lead young people through the Prince's Trust programmes, inspiring them to take control of their lives

  • Monitor and report on participant progress and outcomes, ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Follow and promote college Safeguarding and Health and safety policy
  • Manage day-to-day programme operations, ensuring KPIs are achieved
