Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as the Audiology Head of Service.

The successful candidate will have extensive clinical experience, including working with children and adolescents with complex mental health needs. They will also have advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of healthcare services and performance targets.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient services within the allocated care group. You will ensure that all operational and performance targets are achieved, including waiting lists, finance, and HR.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive clinical experience, including working with children and adolescents with complex mental health needs
  • Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of healthcare services and performance targets
  • Strong track record of leading and managing change
  • Experience of policy development and successful project management

Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum (depending on experience)
