About the Position

We are recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team in Kendal, Cumbria, working 20 hours per week on a permanent, part-time basis. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with our service users to provide practical and emotional support, enabling them to manage their daily lives and achieve their goals.

Your Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing support to service users with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Assisting service users to access community resources, including education, employment, and leisure activities.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and other agencies to ensure seamless support and coordination of care.
