Job Description:
As a Companion Care Worker, you will work closely with our clients to provide companionship and support in their own homes. You will engage in meaningful conversations, assist with daily living tasks, and help maintain their independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing companionship and support to individuals in their own homes
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Engaging in meaningful conversations to promote mental stimulation and social interaction
- Helping clients maintain their independence and dignity
- Administering and documenting medication
- Documenting care activities through our app and reporting any changes in conditions to our branch teams
Salary: £17.00 per hour PLUS HOLIDAY PAY & PENSION - Weekly pay, Friday Payday (This equates to a rolled-up hourly rate of approximately £19 per hour)
