Care Support Worker Opportunities

We are looking for a dedicated Care Support Worker to join our team in Kirkby Stephen. As a complex carer, you will receive nurse-led training based on the clients you support, including conditions such as Muscular Dystrophy, Acquired and Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Injuries, Stoma, Bowel and Catheter Care, Airway Management, Neurological Conditions, Seizures and Epilepsy, and Nippy and NIPPV - Non-Invasive Positive Pressure Ventilation.

Your role will involve providing personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting), documenting care activities and reporting changes, companionship and supporting wellbeing. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional care services that meet the unique needs of our clients.

We offer a competitive salary of £17.00 per hour, plus holiday pay and pension. You will also benefit from flexibility in your working days, Blue Light Card discounts, reward and recognition schemes, access to wellbeing and mental health support, healthcare career progression opportunities, and a DBS Payment Scheme. To be considered for this position, applicants must be at least 18 years old and undergo an enhanced DBS check.
