About the Job

This position is ideal for someone who wants to make a real difference in people's lives and develop their skills in a supportive environment. As a complex carer, you will receive comprehensive training based on the clients' needs, allowing you to develop your skills and build confidence in your abilities.

You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

  • Providing personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting clients with mobility and transfers
  • Administering and documenting medication
  • Documenting care activities through our app

The salary for this role is £18.50 per hour, paid weekly, plus holiday pay and a pension scheme. We also offer mileage reimbursement, flexibility in scheduling, and access to discounts through our Blue Light Card.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be 18 years or older and possess a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care. You will need to pass an enhanced DBS check and have a valid driver's license (as mileage is reimbursed).
