About the RoleWe are looking for motivated and compassionate individuals to provide personal care and support to our clients in their own homes. As a Home Care Support Worker, your duties will include:
- Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting clients with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Administering and documenting medication
- Documenting care activities through our app and reporting any changes in conditions to our branch teams
- Providing companionship and supporting clients' wellbeing and building trusting relationships
You will be working independently but as part of a supportive team, receiving comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of £16.00-£17.00 per hour, plus holiday pay and pension contributions. You will receive weekly pay on Fridays and have the opportunity to work full-time or part-time hours, including bank shifts.
