Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support and care to customers, respecting their individual needs and preferences.
  • Assist customers with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive community atmosphere, encouraging social interaction and participation in activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve customer goals.
Requirements
  • Valid Enhanced DBS check required.
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in care or support work, preferably in a residential setting.
