Residential Child Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to children in our care. As a Residential Child Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping them build strong attachments and reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable children and be committed to providing exceptional care and guidance. They will possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a sleep-in payment of £65 per night, adding up to £3,300 per year for one weekly shift. Additionally, we provide fully funded training and professional development opportunities, enabling you to grow and develop in your role.
