About the Role- Provide individualized care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and promote a positive living environment.
- Minimum Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
