Detailed Job Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
- Support clients with mobility limitations, utilizing suitable equipment and techniques
- Manage and record medication administration, ensuring accurate documentation
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' conditions to the relevant teams
- Foster strong relationships with clients, promoting their overall wellbeing
- A highly competitive hourly rate of £19.00, including holiday pay and pension
