Elysium Healthcare is seeking an experienced Care and Development Specialist to join our team at Ann House in Kendal. As an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering programmes and activities that promote positive physical and mental wellbeing for service users.

Working 40 hours a week, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with service users, their families, and local communities to identify and address their needs. Your expertise will be invaluable in creating individualised plans that cater to the unique requirements of each resident.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build trust and rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds. A Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
