We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead South Lakes.
As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently in their own homes.

Key Benefits- Competitive Pay: Earn up to £17.00 per hour, with double-time on Bank Holidays.

- Flexible Scheduling: Work a schedule that suits your lifestyle, with flexibility to choose from morning, evening, weekday, or weekend shifts.
- Minimum ONE HOUR Visits: You are always paid for the full hour, ensuring that you receive fair compensation for your time and expertise.
- Comprehensive Training: Receive expert paid training at £13.50 per hour to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.
- Opportunities for Advancement: As you grow and develop in your role, you will have opportunities to take on new challenges and responsibilities, and to advance your career within our organisation.
- Recognition and Rewards: We show our appreciation for our team members' hard work and dedication with bonuses, including £250 for each successful employee referral, £250 on your work anniversary, £500 if you have been with us 5 years, and £1,000 for 10 years.
