Role Description

This is a flexible Bank Healthcare Assistant position at Elysium Healthcare's Ann House facility in Kendal. The role involves providing care and support to individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism, focusing on helping them lead fulfilling lives.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will join a team that works together to provide care and support for people with Learning Disabilities and Autism at the Ann House facility in Kendal.
  • Your duties will involve utilizing your experience to help service users lead valued and fulfilled lives, even in challenging environments.

A positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance are essential in this role. You will have the freedom to choose the shifts you want to work each week, with 24/7 operations and 12.5-hour standard shifts available.

Requirements
