We are recruiting for an experienced Mental Health Coach to join our team in Kendal or Barrow-in-Furness. As a Mental Health Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals struggling with addiction and substance abuse.

Your primary responsibilities will include assessing client needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing one-on-one coaching sessions to help clients achieve their goals. You may also be required to work closely with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work)
  • Proven experience working with clients with addiction and substance abuse issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
