Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is £75 per hour after a 3-month probation period. You also get £50 once you have completed basic Daish's training, and if you refer a friend, you'll split £100.

Hours include weekends and bank holidays. A typical night porter shift will start at 11pm and finish at 7am.

About the Role:

The role of the Night Porter is generally about the security of the building while most of our guests are asleep.

You will undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting, and attending to the needs of guests to ensure a superb customer service experience.

Ensure the security of the building is maintained through the quiet hours, as directed by the hotel management, usually done by regular walk rounds and recording the action in a log.

You will be fully conversant with the procedures in case of an emergency, covering procedures for guests being taken ill, fire safety, and working alone.

You will be aware of company Health & Safety policy in your workplace and assist others in maintaining a safe working environment.
