Tenancy Support Officer: Customer Advocate

The role of a Tenancy Support Officer is to provide guidance and support to customers who are at risk of homelessness or have experienced homelessness. This involves assisting customers with daily living tasks, running activities, and providing emotional support to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with practical tasks to develop independence
- Run customer activities to encourage interaction and skill-building
- Liaise with external agencies to provide comprehensive support
- Work with customers to secure permanent accommodation

Requirements:
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies
- Have experience working with vulnerable populations (desirable)
- Hold an Enhanced DBS check (we cover the cost)

- A competitive salary of £24,299 per annum
