Tenancy Support Officer Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Tenancy Support Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing tenancy-related support to our clients, including advice on tenancy management, rent arrears prevention, and dealing with any issues that may arise during their tenancy.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of housing laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will also have experience of working with vulnerable adults and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tenancy-related support to clients, including advice on tenancy management and rent arrears prevention.
  • Deal with any issues that may arise during a client's tenancy, such as noise complaints or damage to property.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure that clients receive comprehensive support and guidance throughout their tenancy.
