We are seeking a highly skilled Ward Support Officer to join our team in Westmorland and Furness Council, supporting Councillors in delivering their community leadership roles.

Key Tasks
  • Communicate effectively with Councillors, residents, and council staff to facilitate efficient working.
  • Provide technical assistance to Councillors to enhance their performance.
  • Coordinate meetings, ensuring timely agenda distribution and smooth proceedings.

To excel in this role, you should have relevant experience or hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification, demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work well under pressure.
