Job Title: Tenancy Support Officer

We have an exciting opportunity at Home Group Limited to work in our South Lakes Next Steps Accommodation programme. Our team provides a supported accommodation service in Kendal, helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their lives.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a real difference in the community. As a Tenancy Support Officer, you will be working closely with our clients to provide guidance and support to help them manage their tenancies effectively.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You will also have a keen eye for detail and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
