About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Care Support Professional to join our team at The Oaklea Trust. This part-time role will involve providing support and guidance to individuals in need, promoting their independence and well-being.

Salary: £23,088 per annum pro rata (based on 37 hours per week)

Location: Kendal, Cumbria

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to service users
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and activities
  • Facilitating access to local services and resources

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in social care or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
