Youth Care Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our residential care team. As a Childcare Specialist, you will provide daily support and care to young individuals, helping them build meaningful relationships.
In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team that aims to create a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing individualized care and support to residents
- Encouraging personal growth and development through various activities
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment

Competitive Salary: £25,800 (£23,500-£27,803 range) + Sleep-in payment of £65/night ( approx. £3,120/year for one weekly shift)
