Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team as the Head of Clinical Service. This is a key leadership position that requires a highly skilled and motivated individual who can lead and manage a clinical team to deliver high-quality services to children and young people in North Lancashire and South Cumbria.

As the Head of Clinical Service, you will be responsible for developing and implementing service plans, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with other senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services across the Trust.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in mental health, particularly in child and adolescent mental health, who has experience in clinical management, budgeting, and strategic planning. We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including flexible working, career breaks, and comprehensive training programs.
