Job Title: Sales Team Lead

Carwow Group is a leading online car-changing destination, driven by a passion for getting people into the right car. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they achieve their targets and KPIs.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the team's performance and productivity, and implement actions to address these areas.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and account management.
  • Monitor team performance and productivity, offering regular feedback and coaching to help team members improve.
  • Understand priority accounts in detail, analysing and evaluating their performance to determine what is working well and what is not.
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing teams, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Strong understanding of customer service and account management best practices.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
