Sales Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they achieve their targets and KPIs.
- Identify areas for improvement in the team's performance and productivity, and implement actions to address these areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and account management.
- Monitor team performance and productivity, offering regular feedback and coaching to help team members improve.
- Understand priority accounts in detail, analysing and evaluating their performance to determine what is working well and what is not.
- Experience in managing teams, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Strong understanding of customer service and account management best practices.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
