We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Complex Care Worker - Days and Nights to join our team at Enviva Complex Care in Crewe. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex health conditions. The successful candidate will work bank hours, including days and nights (12-hour shifts) as well as weekends (8am-8pm).

Your key responsibilities will include delivering personalized care and support, assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, providing emotional support and companionship, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex care, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an energetic and empathetic nature, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid UK driver's license is also required. This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, a supportive and friendly working environment, opportunities for professional development and training, DBS paid for, and an excellent training programme.
