**Complex Care Assistant Opportunity**

Advantage Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team and provide high-quality care to an individual with complex needs.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise in caring for individuals with spinal cord injuries, including personal care, medication administration, and catheter management.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.75-£13.25 per hour, depending on experience, and a generous welcome bonus of £500 upon completion of 100 hours.

Our ideal candidate will be confident, empathetic, and motivated, with a passion for enhancing the quality of life for others.

  • What you'll do:
  • Provide daily assistance and care to an individual with a spinal cord injury.
  • Help them attend events and pursue their hobbies.
  • Support them in managing their condition and improving their overall well-being.
