A unique opportunity has arisen for a skilled New Business and Customer Service Representative to join Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited in Bracknell, working on a 3 rolling contract with the possibility of going permanent.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working within Service Level Agreements, answering phone calls from customers and dealers.
  • Making changes to customers' finance agreements.
  • Allocating manual payments to customers' agreements accurately.
  • Checking finance documentation efficiently.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Previous experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues, being compassionate and considerate.
  • Knowledge of FCA and Consumer Duty guidelines.
