Mental Health Support Specialist

Job DescriptionThis Support Worker role is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional care to our service users. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of care, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Providing person-centred care to service users, promoting independence and dignity at all times
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Participating in ongoing training and development programmes to enhance skills and knowledge
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a caring environment (preferably in mental health)
- An ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Good written skills and the ability to maintain accurate records
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care that promotes positive outcomes for service users
We offer a competitive salary (£25,000 - £30,000 per annum) and a range of benefits, including:
