Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing person-centred care to service users, promoting independence and dignity at all times
  2. Working collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of care
  3. Participating in ongoing training and development programmes to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a caring environment (preferably in mental health)
  • An ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Good written skills and the ability to maintain accurate records
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care that promotes positive outcomes for service users
