**Job Title:** Person-Centred Care Worker
We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Person-Centred Care Worker to join our team in Solihull. In this role, you will work closely with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement person-centred care plans.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess and understand the needs and preferences of service users
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans to promote independence and well-being
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless support experience
**Requirements:**
- Experience in a care environment or similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
**Benefits:**
- Competitive salary of £19,500 - £20,500 per annum, depending on experience
- Up to 28 days annual leave
