We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Sense, the national deafblind and rubella association. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex disabilities to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will include providing person-centred support, developing learning plans, and working closely with learners to achieve their long-term goals. You will also be required to support people with their personal care needs.
