About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Care and Support Worker to join our team in West Midlands. As a Residential Childcare Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and young people
- Provide emotional support and guidance to promote their well-being and independence
- Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children and young people, preferably in a residential setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
